Good theory, not always reliable

I love the app when it is working. But I hate that the audio cues dont always work. I want to be able to put my phone in my belt and run without having to pull it out to see if Ive missed a cue.

I wrote support telling them my issue and the got right back to me and told me how to change my settings to get it to work. Awesome customer service. I did what they said and my run went perfectly today!
